When you no longer wish to chat on Zalo or receive information from someone, you can unfriend them on Zalo to block all notifications and posts on your timeline. On the Zalo for iPhone version, after logging in to Zalo on iPhone, users are prompted to enable location, choose friend suggestions to connect with. Many users have accidentally friended unwanted suggestions, making them feel uncomfortable whenever they log in to Zalo and scroll through updates, prompting them to unfriend on Zalo via iPhone to eliminate the annoyance.
How to Unfriend on Zalo via iPhone, Delete Zalo friends on iPhone
Step 1: Open the Contacts icon on Zalo for iPhone. Then proceed to select the friend you want to unfriend and delete from Zalo. Swipe from right to left of the Zalo user on iPhone you want to delete.
Tap on the red trash icon to delete the Zalo friend.
Step 2: Or if you don't want to unfriend on Zalo but only want to block this user, click on the “three dashes” icon then select Block this user.
So you're not actually unfriending on Zalo with them but rather just blocking them from receiving any notifications, posts, or messages from that user anymore.
