In general, there are two primary reasons why Android may reject a request to uninstall a previously installed app.
The app was installed with the highest administrative privileges.
As you're aware, whenever you install an app, it presents you with certain requests to grant permission. In cases where it has asked for administrative access, specifically for apps with functions like setting passwords, locking/unlocking the phone, tracking location, etc., you can only uninstall them by revoking administrative access when initially allowed.

To achieve this, go to Settings > Security and select Device Administrators.

Once you're in Device Administrators, you'll see a list of apps with administrative privileges. Simply uncheck and select Deactivate for the apps you want to uninstall to revoke their administrative access. After that, you can uninstall the apps as usual.
This app belongs to the bloatware group or is part of the Android system.
On devices distributed or manufactured by carriers, they often include various miscellaneous apps. Your uninstallation request will be promptly rejected by Android.

To resolve this issue, simply access Settings > Application manager, select the desired app, and then choose 'Disable' or 'Turn off' to deactivate it. Then proceed with uninstalling it as usual.
Wishing you success!
