The Screenshot tool in Word 2003 allows you to capture images of your computer screen and immediately insert them into a Word file, enabling you to create your text document with necessary images swiftly and efficiently.
Guide to Utilizing the Screenshot Tool in Microsoft Word 2013
Step 1: Take a screenshot of your screen by opening Microsoft Word 2013 and going to the Insert > Screenshot tab.
- If you want to capture the entire screen, select Available Windows:

- Alternatively, if you only want to capture a portion of the screen to insert into the Word file, choose Screen Clipping. You can then select which part of the screen you want to insert into the Word file:

Step 2: To configure the mode for the inserted image, click on the image and then click on the small icon that appears next to it. Proceed with the configuration afterward.
If you select Move with text, the image will automatically move down as you type additional text on the lines above the image.
Alternatively, if you choose Fix position on page, the image will remain fixed in its displayed position. Even if you type additional text above the image, that text will be added below the image while the image remains unchanged in position.
