The long-awaited Windows 10 calling feature is finally here, as long as you're willing to give it a shot. Microsoft has rolled out the Windows 10 Insider Preview with the ability to receive and initiate calls from your PC for testers in the Fast Ring. You'll need a handheld device running Android 7.0 Nougat or higher (not necessarily from Samsung), the Android app on your phone, and Bluetooth support for your PC. Then, everything will become much simpler. You can start a call through your contacts or a dialer integrated into the app. If you don't want to take incoming calls, you can reply with a text or direct the caller to voicemail.
