Overview of the 'With Dell Comes Love' Program
Promotional Products and Services: Dell™ desktop or laptop computers from the XPS, Gaming, Inspiron, Vostro 3000, 5000, and 7000 series pre-installed with Windows 11 OS.
This program does not apply to products from project channels or retail market: Latitude, Optiplex, Precision…
Program Duration: From 01/03/2022 to 15/03/2022 or until gifts run out.
Promotional Scope: Available at authorized Dell™ dealers nationwide.
Promotion Target: End consumers purchasing genuine Dell™ laptops or desktop computers during the promotion period.
Promotion Method: Customers purchasing genuine Dell™ laptops from the XPS, Gaming, Inspiron, Vostro 3000, 5000, and 7000 series pre-installed with Windows 11 distributed through authorized retail channels by distributors such as Digiworld (DGW), PSD, FPT, ADG, VSC (or Thuy Linh distributor in the Northern region) will receive one of the following gifts:
- 01 (one) electronic top-up card worth 300,000VND.
- Or 01 (one) shopping voucher at VinID/Grocery Store worth 300,000VND.
- Or 01 (one) gift card for use with brands on the website www.gotit.vn worth 300,000VND.
* Program may end earlier when gifts run out.
Gift Redemption Procedure – Gift Collection Time
Customers log in to the website www.doiquadell.com and sequentially enter the following information:
Step 1: Review and Agree to Dell™ Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy: The promotional program cannot be completed without customer information. Customer data will be securely protected by Dell according to the Privacy Statement. To learn more about how Dell uses and protects customers' personal data, please visit: Privacy Statement.
To participate in the promotion registration and follow the next steps, customers click Yes, I have read and agree to the Privacy Statement to understand customers' information security rights as well as how Dell uses and protects customers' data.
Step 2: Enter Personal Information
- Full Name: Purchasers enter their full name.
- Mobile Phone Number: A valid mobile phone number of the customer, which must be the currently used number of the registrant to receive the prize.
- Identity Document: ID card number or driver's license or passport or identification number.
- Service Tag Number: a string of numbers corresponding to a Dell device code, managed by Dell Vietnam. When customers purchase promotional products, dealers' staff will guide customers to get the Service Tag number. Each Service Tag number can only be entered once.
- Complete this step by pressing the “Next” button.
Step 3: Verify Phone Number
Within a maximum of 05 minutes, the system will automatically send a random verification code to the phone number entered in step 2. The content is as follows:
Users will enter the verification code received from the message, then press the “Next” button. If entered correctly, the system will automatically proceed to step 4.
In case of entering the wrong phone number, the system will request to enter again. The content is as follows:
Once verified, Customers proceed to step 4.
Step 4: Upload a photo of the value-added tax invoice; invoice number; invoice date along with dealer information:
- The system requests users to upload a valid purchase invoice image. A valid purchase invoice is a financial invoice containing products corresponding to the Service Tag Number.
- The system requests to enter the invoice number, which is the financial invoice number of the order sold from the dealer to the user.
- The system requests to select the Dealer's name from the dropdown list (Dealer's name according to the information on the invoice).
- The system requests to select 01 (one) gift from the gift list:
- 01 (one) electronic top-up card worth 300,000VND.
- 01 (one) shopping voucher at VinID/Grocery Store worth 300,000VND.
- 01 (one) gift card for use with brands on the website www.gotit.vn worth 300,000VND.
- Customers can review the usage instructions below before selecting the gift
- Complete this step by pressing the “Join” button.
After pressing the “Join” button, the system will display a notification dialog “You have successfully registered your information, please wait for confirmation message from the system”.
Important Note:
- Each purchase invoice is eligible for only 01 (one) corresponding gift.
- Each personal document (ID card or driver's license or passport…) is eligible for only 01 (one) corresponding gift.
- Each customer is eligible for only 01 (one) corresponding gift throughout the promotion period.
Step 5: After customers complete the steps to register information on the website www.doiquadell.com, DellTM customer service department verifies the validity of the information within 12 (twelve) hours:
If the information is valid, the system will send an SMS message to the customer's registered phone number with the registered gift code.
If the information is invalid, the system will notify the customer of the reason for invalidity via SMS.
In case the dealer does not participate in the program, customers will receive the following feedback message:
If the invoice is invalid (incorrect service tag), customers will receive the following message:
If the invoice for the product purchase is not within the promotional period, customers will receive the following feedback message:
Customers can find detailed regulations regarding the time and procedures for gift redemption on the website www.doiquadell.com. For any further inquiries, please contact: 0981 801 041 (Northern region), 0981 801 042 (Central region), 0981 801 043 (Southern region).
The hotline's working hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM from March 1, 2022, to March 15, 2022.
Other regulations:
- The website system www.doiquadell.com will be open to receive customer registration information for the promotional program from 8:30 AM on March 1, 2022, to 6:00 PM on March 16, 2022. Any registration information submitted outside of this period will be considered invalid and will not be confirmed for participation in the promotional program.
- The quantity of gifts in the program is limited, prioritizing customers who complete the registration process earliest.
- Each customer can receive a maximum of 04 (four) gifts within one year from February 1, 2022, to January 31, 2023.
- The final deadline for Dell™ to be responsible for gift redemption for customers is: 7:00 PM on March 16, 2022. After this time, the company will not handle any cases regarding gift exchanges for the program.
- The gifts are not exchangeable for cash or any other form.
- Employees and families of Dell™, official distributors and agents of Dell™, Dell™ advertising company are not eligible to participate in this promotional program.
- With the customer's consent to receive gifts, Dell™ reserves the right to use the customer's name, image, and address for advertising purposes of the program.
- Project products are not eligible for this program.
- In case Dell™ suspects the legality of gift receipt for any reason of ineligible participants, Dell™ reserves the right to refuse gift delivery.
- All disputes and complaints related to gifts in the promotional program will be resolved in accordance with current Vietnamese laws. Dell™ is not responsible and will not resolve complaints related to lost, delayed, and invalid gift exchange documents.
