Exemplary Healer
Embrace Charlotte's healing prowess effortlessly. Follow Mytour's instructions (link above) to build Charlotte and integrate her into any team in need of healing. From CM0 to CM6, she excels in providing robust and enduring healing capabilities.

However, this approach is rather wasteful as there are other healers who can achieve similar results without the need for excessive resource investment in optimizing Charlotte's stats for healing or attack. Instead, consider incorporating Charlotte into the following team compositions.
Supporting Furina's Pyro Stacks
MiHoYo's decision to release Charlotte alongside Furina (alongside Baizhu) suggests their intention for players to utilize her as a healer alongside the Pyro Archon, satisfying the need for HP manipulation to stack Pyro. According to Mytour's analysis, Charlotte proves particularly useful in scenarios where superior 5-star healers like Jean or Baizhu are unavailable, when not investing in Barbara, or when requiring a stable Cryo character.
Charlotte's skill set aligns exceptionally well with Furina, featuring healing effects at CM1 and enhanced healing at talent level 2. Notably, the team-wide healing effect from her Elemental Burst is the primary reason for including Charlotte in Furina's lineup. However, it's important to note that only the initial healing is team-wide, subsequent heals are reserved for characters within the Temporary Field area.

There are virtually no restrictions on team composition when pairing Charlotte with Furina. All DPS characters previously utilized will synergize well with this duo, with many even performing better—particularly characters of the Anemo, Electro, Geo, and Physical elements. This is because Furina does not discriminate against damage types, buffing all damage types equally, although slightly more challenging to use than Kazuha due to the continuous HP manipulation requirement.
Several team compositions greatly benefit from Charlotte + Furina, including Eula + Fischl/Raiden; Alhaitham + Kuki Shinobu; Ayaka + Shenhe, Noelle + Yun Jin;... The options are plentiful, ensuring you never run out of strategies to conquer the Spiral Abyss with this pairing.

Charlotte, one of the two Cryo catalyst users in the game alongside Wriothesley, lacks high stats but can effectively serve as a Freeze or Melt DPS with her ability to self-heal and utilize attack-increasing catalysts. To play Charlotte as a DPS, consider adding a Hydro character like Yelan or Xingqiu to the team for Freeze reactions. For a Melt DPS Charlotte, the optimal setup involves using Xiangling + Bennett to maximize damage output. Regardless, managing Charlotte's energy is not a concern as she passively generates energy particles.
In the remaining team slots, focus on buffing Charlotte's damage output. Characters like Sucrose, Kazuha, Lynette, and Sayu with Swirl capabilities and the 4-piece Viridescent Venerer set are beneficial. Adding another Cryo character (such as Shenhe, Rosaria, Kaeya, etc.) activates Cryo resonance for a significant critical rate boost. Additionally, equip one team member with the 4-piece Gladiator set for extra attack.

Charlotte can also be paired with Shenhe in pure Cryo teams, primarily serving as a healer for characters like Ayaka or Ganyu. With three Cryo characters and one Anemo character (usually Kazuha), the team ensures consistent energy generation and can deal substantial damage thanks to Shenhe's Cryo infusion buff.

Physical Damage Team Build for Charlotte
Just hearing about it, you already sense this build is both bizarre and weak, right? Absolutely, this is merely a 'meme' build, intended for players seeking unconventional gameplay. Mytour advises against investing resources here unless you already have strong, fully-equipped teams for Spiral Abyss.
In this playstyle, you can utilize Charlotte's Cryo element to trigger Superconduct reactions and increase physical damage from various sources she uses, such as her Talent, Chiêu Tâm, or the Ocean-Hued Clam artifact set. Alternatively, you can go the 'mainstream' route with characters like Freminet, Razor, and Eula.

However, except when using Razor, as the Cryo characters mentioned by Mytour earlier only constitute half of the Superconduct reaction, you'll also need a reliable Electro character capable of consistently applying the Electro element, such as Raiden, Fischl, Kuki Shinobu,... For the final slot, options are limited, so if you have Furina to buff physical damage, this will be quite an interesting team!
