Step 2: Confirm the 50GB storage package in the App Store. Once completed, the app will notify you that Storage Added and provide the expiration date of the offer.

Step 4: Lastly, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud and check if your storage package has increased to 50GB.
2. Guide to Canceling Free iCloud Storage
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > iCloud > Storage Management > Change Storage Plan.
Step 2. Click on Downgrade Options > Free 5GB default package > Done to successfully cancel the subscription.
Note: If the free period expires and you don't downgrade, your iCloud data won't be lost, but you won't be able to upload additional data unless you delete some.
