Unlock the Magic of Virtual Desktops in Windows 10. Virtual desktops, a hidden gem integrated by Microsoft into Windows 10, often overlooked yet incredibly powerful. Dive into a world of seamless multitasking and enhanced productivity.

Creating a new virtual desktop is simple:
Step 1: Open Task View by clicking the Task View icon on the Taskbar or by pressing the Windows + Tab key combination.

Step 2: In the Task View window, press the New desktop button to create a new Desktop. In older versions, this button may be located at the bottom corner of the screen.

Apart from creating Desktops using the above method, you can opt for a quicker approach: use the shortcut Ctrl + Windows + D to jump straight to a new Desktop. You can open Task View to check which Desktop you're currently on.
Once created, you'll see a list of Desktops arranged horizontally. You can create as many Desktops as you need. Simply use the mouse to select different Desktops to switch between them.

While on a Desktop, you can swiftly switch to other Desktops by pressing Ctrl + Windows + left/right arrow keys.
To close a virtual Desktop, open Task View and click the X icon on the Desktop or press Ctrl + Windows + F4 to close the Desktop without opening Task View.
