My Viettel is a smartphone application that facilitates Viettel subscribers in seamlessly managing their accounts and subscribing to various utility packages.

1. How to Register a MyViettel Account
Step 1: In the main menu of the application, select Others (1) => Register (2). Then, enter your phone number in the field (3) and click Continue (4).
Step 2: Enter the OTP code sent to your device in section (1). Then, input the last 4 digits of your ID card/passport used for sim registration in section (2). Next, enter a password in (3) and re-enter the password in (4) to confirm. After entering all necessary information, press Complete (5) to finish. After successful registration, log in, and your account interface will be displayed as shown below.
2. Key Features of the My Viettel App
2.1. Check Account Information
On the app's homepage, tap on the section Details (1) => Account (2) to check your current account information.
2.2. Register for Other Utility Services
Navigate to the Package section to explore suitable packages for your usage needs. Options include DATA, Voice, & SMS packages.
For the COMBO package, you can subscribe to both DATA and Voice, SMS packages. In the GIFT PACKAGE section, you can subscribe to packages for other phone numbers.
2.3. Additional Features of My Viettel
Navigate to the Others section to explore various features of the application. Here, you can chat and make video calls with customer service representatives for advice or service issue reporting. The Utilities section also supports functions such as converting contacts from 11 digits to 10 digits according to the regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
