Step 1: Installation from the Windows Store
Those enrolled in the Windows Insider program can now download various themes directly from the Windows Store.
Step 2: During installation, theme packages are stored in the directory: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps. You can locate pre-installed theme packages in this directory,
Step 3: Following the previous step, when you find the theme in the Windows Apps folder, opening that folder will reveal a subfolder. In each subfolder, there will be a file with a name similar to the theme, with a .themepack extension.
Step 4: Run the themepack files, and the new themes will be automatically installed and added to the Personalization category in the Control Panel
