3 oranges or 2 small lemons – peeled 1 small lime, peeled 2 cm ginger, peeled and thinly sliced 1/2 tsp dried turmeric or 1 cm peeled fresh turmeric 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black peppercorns Honey (to taste) 1-2 cups water
How to Make Vitamin C-Packed Orange and Lemon Juice
– Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Peel oranges or lemons and lime and remove the peel. Cut the fruits into small pieces for easier blending. Peel and thinly slice ginger, and gather the other ingredients.
– Step 2: Blend in a blender
Add all ingredients (oranges, lime, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, salt, honey, and water) to the blender. Blend on high until smooth and no fruit or ginger pieces remain.
– Step 3: Strain through a sieve
