Step 4: After formatting the date data, select the first cell and input the Sequence function with the formula as follows: =Sequence(48,7,'02/01/2023') > Press Enter.
*A little explanation: 1 month has 4 weeks, so a year has 12 months which equals 48 weeks, 1 week has 7 days, and finally, the first Monday of this year starts with 02/01, so we input the formula as above.

Step 5: After inputting the function and pressing Enter, we will obtain a complete data table as shown below.
