Therefore, to register the MobiFone main line, you will perform one of the following two methods:
At present, registering MobiFone SIM as the main line with My MobiFone is temporarily not supported. Therefore, to register the MobiFone main line, you can choose one of the following two methods:
1. Register MobiFone Main Line Directly at Stores
Location: You need to visit the nearest MobiFone branches and stores to register directly. Look up and find the nearest MobiFone stores: HERE
Required Documents:
+ National ID card or Citizen Identification (Original)
+ Household registration or temporary residence permit documents
+ MobiFone SIM to be registered as the main line
+ 5 contact phone numbers in the recent period
+ The face value of the latest top-up card, remaining amount in the account (As required by each store)
Note:
+ To register the MobiFone main line, the owner of the SIM must personally go for registration; proxy registration is not allowed.
+ In case of transferring ownership or transferring the SIM to another user, both the buyer and the seller must be present to complete the mainline registration procedures.
2. Register MobiFone Main Line on the Website
Step 1: On the web browser you are using, go to the website that supports registering MobiFone mainline: HERE
Step 2: Log in to your account with the MobiFone phone number you want to register as the main line.
Step 3: Enter the required information as per the provided template on the website, including:
+ Full Name
+ Date of Birth
+ Gender
+ Nationality
+ Province/City
+ District
+ Ward
...
Step 4: Enter the most recent contact phone numbers and confirm that the entered information is accurate.
Step 5: Upload photos of the front and back of ID card/citizen ID along with a portrait photo. Finally, Sign -> Select Send Information to complete the registration of MobiFone mainline.
