Understanding the Difference Between Split-Screen and Multitasking
While multitasking involves running multiple apps simultaneously, split-screen allows you to have multiple apps visible on the screen at the same time.
Which Phones Feature Split-Screen or Dual-Screen Functionality?
Today, this feature is quite common and can be found on various smartphone models, ranging from budget to high-end devices.
Using the Split-Screen Mode: To activate this feature, simply tap on the Multitasking Button on your phone > Your phone will display the currently running apps > Press and hold the app you want to bring to the screen > Repeat the same process for other apps, and multiple apps will appear on the screen simultaneously.

To reposition an app on the screen, touch and hold the white circular dot > Drag the app to any desired position on the screen.

Functions available when using this mode:
- Resize app windows as you wish.
- Quickly copy content. For instance, if you come across an interesting article, you can copy and paste it directly into a chat box to share with friends.
- Press the x button to close an app on the screen (though the app will continue running in the background).

Using the Split-Screen Mode: Similar to Method 1, you also press the Multitasking button > Your device will display the running apps > Tap on the Split-Screen button located in the top-left corner.
