How to Cook Delicious Oyster Congee:

- Clean the purchased oysters and remove the meat to put into a bowl.

- Peel and thinly slice the onions, wash the spring onions and cilantro, then chop them finely.

- Place a pan on the stove with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then add sticky rice and jasmine rice to toast with 1/3 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of seasoning powder until the grains turn opaque white, then turn off the heat.

- Put into an electric rice cooker with 2 liters of filtered water and set the congee cooking mode. If you use a regular pot, just cook for about 10 minutes, then switch to simmer for 20 minutes, and do this twice for a well-cooked congee.
