- Use 50g of black beans, simmer thoroughly with pork bones to make a nutritious soup or use cooked black beans. Dry and fragrant, store in an airtight container for daily consumption. Eat twice a day, 6g each time.
- Brew black beans for daily consumption with boiling water
- Grind 3 spoons of black beans, mix with coconut oil and white egg, create a mixture to nourish the hair. This helps reduce hair loss, leaving the hair shiny and silky smooth.
- Use 4-5 times per week. The results will be noticeably remarkable.

2. Embrace the Sourness of Tamarind

Tamarind is rich in vitamin C, boosting the body's immune system, preventing premature aging of the skin and hair.
- Prepare 200g of sour tamarind, 200ml of fresh coconut water, and sufficient honey.
- Start by cleaning the tamarind thoroughly, then blend it into a smooth paste. Strain to extract the juice, mix it with coconut water, and add a bit of honey. Consume twice daily to supplement vitamins and nutrients for lustrous hair and prevent premature graying.
