- Step 1: Open Zalo software on your computer => Go to Settings => Storage => Synchronize Messages.

Step 1: Open Zalo PC and log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the cog icon in the bottom left corner of the window.

Step 4: You will receive a notification to open the Zalo app for synchronization as shown below.
