Steps to Make Minced Beef Italian Pasta
Step 1: Cook the pasta
– Boil about 2 liters of water in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor of the pasta and prevent sticking.

– Once the water is boiling, add the Italian pasta and cook (remember to stir occasionally to prevent sticking). After the pasta is fully submerged in water, continue boiling for about 2 – 3 minutes until the pasta is tender. Remember to gently stir the pasta during this stage to prevent them from sticking together. The cooking time for the pasta is approximately 8 – 10 minutes as instructed on the packaging.

– When the pasta is cooked, lift it out with a strainer and let it drain.
Step 2: Prepare the sauce
– Heat a pan, add a little cooking oil, and wait for it to become hot. Then add the minced shallots and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
– Add the chopped onions and stir until the onions are translucent and slightly golden.

– Continue by adding tomato sauce along with a pinch of salt (if desired, you can also add fish sauce, but it will make the beef slightly tougher). Cook until the sauce mixture thickens, then add the beef and stir well until the meat is tender. If the sauce becomes too thick, you can add a little water.
– Cook the beef until done and seasoned to taste, sprinkle a bit of ground pepper, and turn off the heat.
Step 3: Presentation and Enjoyment
Place the pasta on a plate, pour the sauce over it, add a few sprigs of coriander for decoration to make the pasta dish more enticing and delicious. Now, you have a delightful minced beef Italian pasta for a family dinner.
