Step 1: From your phone interface, dial *098# and press Call
You'll see a notification board with various discounted packages for your subscription.
Step 2: To choose a package, simply press the corresponding number for the discounted package and press Send. Here, I press 5 to subscribe to Viettel's 25k 3G and receive 2GB high-speed data, then press 1 and Send to confirm.
