To unlock, restore a Facebook account that has been reported or flagged, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Take a photo of your ID card or driver's license.
Note: Capture both sides of the photo.
Step 2: Next, access this link to submit an appeal and recover your account.
Step 3: At this point, a new window will appear on the screen as shown below. Here, you fill in all the information such as the phone number or email address used to log into your account, account name, then click Choose Files to upload images of your identity card or driver's license (upload images of both sides).
Step 4: Finally, in the Additional info section, provide additional reasons explaining why your account was reported by malicious users.
All you can do now is wait for Facebook's response. Typically, Facebook will respond within 24 hours after users submit an appeal.
