Here, we guide you through the installation of Vietnamese language support for the visually impaired on Mobiistar 402C.

Step 1: Start by downloading two essential applications - 'Google TalkBack' and 'Vn SpeakTTS'.

Step 2: After downloading the app, navigate to 'Settings.'

Step 3: Next, go to 'Language & Input.'

Step 4: Here, choose 'Text-to-speech output.'

Step 5: Select the tool 'Vn Speak TTS' that supports reading Vietnamese, which you installed earlier.

Step 6: Choose 'OK' to agree to the terms.

Step 7: Additionally, access the 'VNSpeak' app for further customization.

Step 8: Modify the speed and volume of the reader to your preference.

Step 9: Finally, just return to 'Accessibility Settings.'

Step 10: Navigate to the 'TalkBack' option.
