Unlocking Achievements in Jump King
1. Leap and Fall
Achievement for the number of jumps or falls you've made. To check and see your total jumps or falls, you can go to the Menu and select Ext Extras, then Total Stats.
Squire Jumper
- Jump 1,000 times.
Jumping Knight
- Jump 10,000 times.
Master Jumper
- Jump 20,000 times.
Just the Start
- Fall 100 times.
Hard Headed
- Fall 1,000 times.
2. NPC
Each NPC in the Jump King game has an achievement related to them. Most achievements are obtained simply by talking to them a certain number of times. To quickly converse with them multiple times, you can save and exit while standing in front of an NPC, continue talking, and then some new dialogue segments will appear right on the screen.
Chatty Cathy
- Talk to the Old Man at the game's start 10 times.
Student of the Wise Pond-Sage
- Talk to the Old Man until he has nothing more to say. Basically, just keep talking until he falls asleep.
Bargaining
- Talk to the Merchant in Bargainburg 4 times.
Contemplations
- Talk to the Hermit at the end of the stage in the Great Frontier 10 times.
Hidden Gem
- Talk to the Imp. The Imp is in a secret room in Bargainburg.
Heading left from here will take you to the Imp's hideout.
3. The Black Bird
Achievements related to the black bird.
Birdwatcher
- After the bird flies up, continue jumping until Chapel Perilous, where it will drop the Golden Ring. Then pick it up and complete the game.
Stylish
- After receiving the Golden Ring, jump down to Bargainburg and the Merchant will take it and exchange it for you for a special pair of shoes, earning you an achievement.
Ring Collector
- Complete the game with the Golden Ring 9 times. The rings will stack up after each completion. On the 10th ring, you can receive the ring again, continue jumping down to Bargainburg. The Merchant will take all 10 rings for the boots, earning you an achievement.
Fool me Twice...
- Avoid disturbing the bird in the coop at the Colossal Drain area, then complete the game.
You'll jump from that platform to the cage in the middle and avoid bothering the bird.
4. Completion
Players can achieve this when completing the game under specific conditions.
Jump King
- Complete the game.
Double King
- Complete while reaching the summit.
Style King
- Complete upon receiving the special shoes from the Merchant.
Rapid Runner
- Complete the game within 1 hour.
Bolt Jumper
- Complete the game within 15 minutes.
Untouchable Jumper
- Complete the game without falling.
5. Miscellaneous
The two achievements below do not fall under any specific category.
Lost in Illusion
- Reach Chapel Perilous. You'll achieve this during game completion.
Sleuth
- Conceal yourself within a wall.
