Step 1: Open Excel on your computer, select the table you want to format.
Step 2: In Design, choose Table Style => click the formatting style you want to apply.
- If you prefer not to choose from available formatting templates, you can create your own formatting style by pressing New Table Style.
- The New Table Style dialog box appears, enter
+ Name: Assign a name for the table format.
+ Table Element: Choose the display elements.
- Then press Format to select the formats for the table.
- Click on Border, choose the border format under Style and Border adjustment => press OK.
- The New Table Style table appears, press OK to save.
- Select the table, go to Table Design, and click on the newly created table format.
