Opening an HSC account is incredibly simple. No need to waste time going to an HSC stock exchange office as before. Steps to open an HSC account:
Step 1: Fill in the required information on the Online Account Opening form
- Visit the HSC account registration page HERE. Look to the right:
+ In the 'Mobile number' field: Enter the phone number you want to register (1).
+ In the 'Email address' field: Enter your email address here (2).
Then, click on 'Open account' (3).
- At this point, the system will send an OTP code to the phone number you just entered. Open it and enter the code in the 'Enter verification code to continue' field (4), then click 'Continue' (5).
- The identification information interface appears. Take out your ID card/citizen ID card, then click on the camera icon (6) to capture the front side of the ID card/citizen ID card. After capturing, click 'Continue' (7).
Afterward, follow the system's instructions, and you can complete the online account opening form.
Step 2: Activate transactions
After completing the online account opening form, you need to activate the transaction feature as per the instructions sent by HSC to the email you registered in step 1. As per the requirement, the account needs at least 10 million VND to successfully activate transactions.

Note: When depositing money, pay attention to the following:
- Fill in the deposit details accurately, enter the correct account number.
- Deposits made before 5 PM will be accounted for on the same day, while those made after 5 PM will be accounted for the next day.

Step 3: Complete the Account Opening documents
After successfully activating transactions, you have 10 days to complete the Account Opening documents. Prepare your ID card/citizen ID card and visit HSC's office or meet directly with HSC's brokerage staff. Sending documents via post is also accepted, and they will assist you with the procedures to complete the documents. HSC will handle, resolve, and open an account for you.
Note: If you send documents via Vnpost or postal system, first, inform the chosen post office or postal system. When HSC staff contacts for assistance, make sure to provide the necessary information to avoid future mistakes.
