How to Register Births Online:
Step 1: Visit HERE to initiate the online birth certificate registration.

Step 2: Among the 4 types of birth certificates, you can choose accordingly.
Standard birth registration.
Birth registration for abandoned children.
Birth registration for children with unidentified parents.
Birth registration for children born through surrogacy.
Choose the type of regular birth registration.
Step 3: Fill in the required information in the form. Note that fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
To expedite the process and facilitate the authorities, you need to attach several photos.
Birth certificate - 1 original copy.
Power of attorney - 1 notarized photocopy.
National ID or passport of the registering person - 1 original copy.
Marriage registration certificate - 1 original copy.
Residential book, temporary residence registration book for determining registration authority - 1 original copy.
Step 4: After completing the information, click on Continue.
Provide all necessary details for online birth certificate registration.
Step 5: Continue by acknowledging legal responsibility for the provided statement, then enter the confirmation code and click Send information.
Enter the captcha code and submit the information to proceed with online marriage certificate registration.
Step 6: The information will be transferred to the next page. Click on Complete.
Finalize the details for online birth certificate registration.
Step 7: The registration details will be sent to the Email you provided in your profile. If the profile is incomplete, you need to supplement it to complete the requirements.
