This guide is specifically tailored for the 2018 Aqua model, equipped with cutting-edge technologies to simplify your laundry tasks. Let's delve into how to use the Aqua 8.5kg Front-Loading Washing Machine.
Step 1: Power Up and Prepare
First, press the Powder button to start the machine. Then, load your clothes into the drum. Pour detergent and fabric softener into the designated compartments located above, on the left side of the machine.
Step 2: Selecting Wash Programs
Choose by turning the knob, select the appropriate wash program such as:
- Cotton Fiber is a mode for cotton fabric materials like underwear, shirts, tablecloths, bedspreads... that are moderately and lightly soiled.
- Synthetic mode is used for synthetic fabric clothes made of diolen, trevira, perlon, nylon or similar synthetic fibers.
- Mixed items can be washed together in one cycle.
- Woolens is a specialized process for washing woolen items, with gentle actions and soaking to prevent distortion/shrinking.
- Delicates mode is for lingerie to avoid pilling, lint, and ensure cleanliness.
- Jeans setting is for denim pants or shirts.
- Sanitize is a mode to eliminate viruses, bacteria lingering on clothes, removing harmful agents for fresher, cleaner garments.
- Standard mode automatically selects the appropriate water level.
- Super Clean mode helps remove most stains.
- Quick Wash shortens the washing process.
- 15-Minute Rapid Wash for quick washes, fulfilling the need in just 15 minutes. Note that it's suitable for lightly soiled or quick wash garments only.
- Kids' Clothes mode with high temperature, rinse multiple times to remove detergent residues, gentle and safe for children's skin.
- Hand Wash program is for cashmere, angora wool, or silk clothes to prevent tearing, color fading, or fabric shrinking.
- Gentle Wash is for cotton clothes, easily pilled garments...
- Rinse & Spin is used when only rinsing or additional rinsing is needed for clothes.
Step 3: Additional Features of Aqua 8.5kg Front-Loading Washing Machine
Apart from the basic programs, there are additional modes and features as follows. You can select them to make the washing process even more efficient:
- Automatic detergent/water allocation is a mode for automatic washing and rinsing each time.
- Delay Start: This feature allows you to set a delay of up to 24 hours. For example, if you set it for 6 hours, the machine will finish washing after 6 hours. You can go out or return from work to find freshly washed clothes ready to dry.
- Spin Speed is customizable according to the amount of laundry or your preference. The maximum speed is 1200-1400 revolutions per minute.
- Temperature: Selectable from 12-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-95 degrees. Higher temperatures for effective germ elimination.
- Time: Set the washing time for the machine.
- Rinse Cycle: Depending on the amount of laundry, dirtiness, and the amount of detergent used, choose the appropriate number of rinse cycles.
- Memory: Function to save your favorite settings.
- Intensify is a function to enhance washing effectiveness.
7+8 is the child lock mode. To activate, press the “Memory” and “Intensify” buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. When successfully selected, the screen displays a lock icon. Touch for 3 seconds to return to normal mode.
Step 4: Commence Washing
Regarding the operation of the Aqua 8.5kg Front-Loading Washing Machine, after selecting the settings, simply press START/PAUSE to begin.
When the washing cycle completes, the machine will emit a beep sound automatically. Simply open it up and take out the laundry for drying.
