Flexible Economy Class

Flexible Economy Class by Pacific Airlines

True to its name, this class allows you to enjoy the privilege of changing, postponing, or canceling your ticket flexibly if there are any changes in your travel plans. Flexible Economy Class also comes with the highest price among the ticket classes offered by Pacific Airlines. Ticket conditions allow passengers to select their seat in advance on the flight completely free of charge. Baggage allowance includes 7kg of carry-on luggage (1 piece + 1 accessory) and 23kg of checked baggage (1 piece with a total size not exceeding 158 cm in three dimensions).

The booking classes applicable to Flexible Economy Class tickets are: Y, B, M, S, H, K

Standard Economy Class

Standard Economy Class by Pacific Airlines

This is the mid-range priced ticket class of Pacific Airlines. When booking a Standard Economy Class ticket, passengers are allowed to change the name or flight time, and selecting seats in advance may incur a fee. Baggage allowance includes a maximum of 7kg of carry-on luggage (1 piece + 1 accessory) and a maximum of 23kg of checked baggage (1 piece, with total dimensions not exceeding 158cm).

The booking classes applicable to Standard Economy Class tickets are: L, Q, N, R, T, E

Economy Saver Class

Economy Saver Class is the most affordable ticket class, often chosen by a large number of passengers to optimize costs when purchasing tickets from Pacific Airlines. Due to its low price, tickets in this class also come with more restrictions compared to other classes. Specifically, you are not allowed to make any changes to any other information on the ticket or cancel the ticket after successfully booking. You can select your seat when booking a ticket, but it incurs a fee.

Economy Saver Class by Pacific Airlines

Regarding baggage, you are allowed 1 piece of carry-on luggage + 1 accessory with a total weight not exceeding 7kg, and 1 checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23kg (total dimensions not exceeding 158 cm). For flights operated between Hanoi (HAN), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), Danang (DAD), Nha Trang (CXR), and Van Don (VDO) airports, checked baggage is not included.

- Change of flight date and time: Free of charge. Only charged during the Lunar New Year period is 360,000 Vietnamese dong. Passengers must pay any fare difference (if applicable).
