How to Share Specific Posts with Friends on Facebook
Step 1: To ensure your Facebook app on your phone has this new feature, update it to the latest version. I'll provide the update links below for your quick access.
Once you've completed the update, open the app and use it as usual. Tap on the status update section, then add photos, text,... anything you like, then tap on the Audience Selector at the top of the screen below your name.
Step 2: Here, you'll find 4 basic modes: Public, Friends, Friends Except, Only Me, and there's also a See More option. Click on it. And the Specific Friends mode will appear for you. When you select this mode, you'll be able to choose who can see your posts by ticking the boxes next to their names. After selecting all the people you allow to see your posts, then click Done at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Lastly, tap on the Save button in blue at the bottom of the screen to save the posting mode. Additionally, you can tick the Set as Default Audience option to save this mode for future posts. Continue pressing Post to share your post on your profile.
