A step-by-step guide on registering your Lightroom account on your phone and the login process
- Step 2: The system will display information fields (Figure 3). Please complete the required information (Figure 4) such as email, name, password, date of birth...
Note: When creating a password for your account, you need to create a password that meets the following conditions:
+ It must have 8 characters.
+ It should include lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as numbers.
+ Should not be similar to your email address or name.
+ Must be unique.
- Step 3: You check the small box 'Please don't contact me...' and then select 'Create account' (Figure 5). After that, Lightroom will display the status indicating that you have successfully created a Lightroom account (Figure 6). That's it, you have successfully created a Lightroom account.
2. Logging into Lightroom on your phone with a self-created account
- Step 1: Access Lightroom and select 'Log In' (Figure 1). Then, in the Email address field, enter the email address you used to create the Lightroom account (Figure 2).
- Step 2: After entering the email, choose 'Continue' (Figure 3). In the Password field, input your password (Figure 4).
- Step 3: Now, select 'Continue' (Figure 5). The Lightroom interface after logging in will be displayed as shown in Figure 6.
3. Logging into Lightroom with Facebook
Lightroom supports logging in via Facebook, eliminating the need to create a separate account. In addition to the method of registering a free Lightroom account on Android and iOS, you can leverage your Facebook login on your phone to access Lightroom.
- Step 1: Access Lightroom, then look at the bottom of the screen, choose 'Facebook' (Figure 1). Subsequently, the system will display your logged-in Facebook page, and you select 'Continue as [your name]...' (Figure 2).
- Step 2: Continue by selecting your Facebook account (Figure 3) (If you want to log in with a different Facebook account, choose 'Log in with another account'). Afterward, select 'Connect my accounts' (Figure 4).
- Step 3: Now, Lightroom will send a code to your Facebook login email. Retrieve the code and enter it into the 'Verification code' field, then choose 'Verify' (Figure 5). Afterward, select 'Done' (Figure 6).
- Step 4: Check the small box 'I have read...' and choose 'Continue' (Figure 7). At this point, the Lightroom login interface will be displayed (Figure 8).
4. Logging into Lightroom with Google
If you're already logged into your email on your phone, logging into Lightroom with Google will save you a lot of time, eliminating the need to register a separate Lightroom account.
- Step 1: Access Lightroom, then look at the bottom of the screen, choose 'Google' (Figure 1). Subsequently, the system will display your Gmail account page, and you select that account (Figure 2).
From step 2 onwards, you follow the same process as logging into Lightroom with Facebook.
