Step 2: Meet Captain Jack

Step 3: Choose Your Treasure-Digging Tool
As you set foot on the island, you'll see many other players digging around. To begin, tap on the shovel icon in the top right corner of the screen. This is the basic shovel, capable of unearthing treasure but at a slow pace. Additionally, there are two other shovels. Here's information about the 3 treasure-digging tools in Play Together:
- Standard Shovel: The most common type of shovel. Digs for treasure at a slow pace.
- Gold Shovel: Costs 1000 star coins or 7 gems for 10 shovels. Digs for treasure at a fast pace.
Step 4: Use Sound Signals to Locate Treasure
To find treasure, you need to move around extensively on the island. As you move, you'll notice circles appearing beneath your character's feet in different colored states based on the distance between you and the treasure location.
- Yellow Color: You're in an area with treasure, but the treasure is quite far from your current location.
- Green Color: You're getting closer to the treasure's location.
- Orange-Red Color: You're directly above the treasure.
Once you've identified the treasure's location, tap on the shovel icon to start digging. Depending on your tool, the digging speed will vary. When the treasure is revealed, tap on the treasure chest icon above it to collect it.

II - Fastest Treasure-Hunting Tips in Play Together
1. Move around extensively
As mentioned earlier, you determine the treasure's location based on the circles appearing beneath your character's feet. These circles change color, signaling that you're approaching an area with treasure and the exact location of the treasure. However, the circles don't provide any clues about what you'll find. Specifically, they're mainly used to pinpoint the nearby treasure's location.
The most effective way to find treasure is to move around as much as possible, focusing on the color of the circles. As you move on the map and see the circle's color change to a stronger shade, continue in that direction. The circle turning red and becoming darker indicates you're very close to the treasure. However, if the circle fades, you've missed the location and will need to return to the previous spot and start searching from there.
2. Understand Sound Signals
While the circle's color helps you locate nearby treasure, sound signals help you identify what type of treasure it is along with its location. Therefore, it's essential to wear headphones or adjust the volume appropriately.
- For regular minerals and giant minerals: You'll hear a steady beeping sound, which intensifies as you approach the mineral location. Note that it's a monotone beep without any additional sounds.
- For golden chests: You'll hear faster-paced beeps alternating with a higher-pitched beep. This beep occurs after 3 regular beeps and is the unique signal for a golden chest or massive ore.
3. Information about the treasures you'll unearth
- Regular minerals: The most common type found on the island. Abundant and quick to dig. With regular minerals, you'll earn around 50-150 star coins.
- Giant minerals: Similar to regular minerals but much rarer and provide more resources with higher value.
- Golden chests: The rarest find most players seek on the Lost Island. It offers the richest resources and is the only item in the game providing luxurious attire and other special items.
Thus, Mytour has shared with you the methods and effective tips for treasure hunting in Play Together. It's crucial to understand the color signals and sound cues to pinpoint the location, as well as the type of treasure you'll unearth.
