Method 1:

- With the device powered off, press and hold the Power + Volume Down keys simultaneously (power button + volume down). After a few seconds, you'll feel a vibration, then release the keys.

- Then, press the volume keys sequentially and then press the power button. Finally, press the volume down button once more. After completing these steps, the Lumia will erase the password, and you'll need to wait a few minutes for the device to restart.
Method 2:
This method is similar to the one above and is used when you've tried method 1 but it didn't work, in which case you can try method 2.
- Firstly, power off your locked Lumia phone.
- Next, simultaneously hold down the Volume down + Power + Camera buttons (volume down + power + camera buttons). You'll notice that these three buttons are all located on the right side of the phone.
- Keep holding down these three buttons until your Lumia vibrates, then release the Power button. However, continue holding the volume down and camera buttons for 5 seconds. Performing these actions means you can erase the password for your Lumia.
It's worth noting that using either of the methods above will restore your data to its default state as if it were brand new, and all data on the device will be lost.
