If there's anyone in the world who would be the first to kiss a robot, it would undoubtedly be Elon Musk. This billionaire has built his career on cutting-edge technology and has frequently discussed robots and AI.
Now, images of Elon Musk passionately embracing humanoid machines are rapidly circulating on social media.
Accompanying these images is a caption: 'Elon Musk reveals his future wife. Who is she? She's the first AI-designed robot with personality traits that Elon Musk has always dreamed of in a woman. These are qualities impossible to find in any ordinary person because, of course, no ordinary person meets all those standards.'
These images evoke a plethora of emotions: Some are astonished, some are curious, and quite a few find them... eerie.
But just like many other things in life, this is not what we think.
It turns out, these incredibly realistic images are created by AI tools and are used to 'highlight the potential dangers of AI in the near future,' especially after Elon Musk unveiled a video of Tesla's first versatile robot named Optimus, resembling a real person (height 1.73m, weight 57kg), capable of moving smoothly, carrying items, watering plants... Elon Musk refers to this robot as his 'companion.'
Many netizens express a shiver down their spine when looking at Optimus, then at the images of Elon Musk hugging a robot (even if they're AI-generated), as it seems straight out of futuristic movies depicting the dominance of robots.
Even though the pictures of Elon Musk hugging a robot are not real, the fact that Musk himself calls the robot his 'companion' suggests that someone genuinely loving a robot might just be a matter of time.
