Ariel School in Zimbabwe is where 62 students assert to have witnessed an extraterrestrial UFO touch down in the field behind the school
Surrounding the tale of the extraterrestrial UFO landing behind Ariel School in Zimbabwe, there is still much debate about the credibility, despite the incident occurring almost three decades ago.
In 1994, students from Ariel School collectively declared they saw a creature resembling a UFO at a close distance. The incident drew enthusiasts of UFOs and extraterrestrials due to the substantial number of witnesses. Interestingly, most UFO sightings occur in the West, but this one happened in Africa.

Even 28 years after the event, many children insist they indeed saw the flying object on September 16, 1994.
However, in 1994, the testimonies of the children sparked controversy about authenticity. This led to the creation of a new documentary titled Ariel Phenomenon, featuring accounts from witnesses.
Many children felt emotionally wounded during the incident, as adults doubted their claims of witnessing extraterrestrial spacecraft, dismissing it as a widespread mass hallucination.

In the documentary film Ariel Phenomenon, the children, now grown-ups, continue to testify about what they saw nearly 30 years ago. Speaking to The Sun, director Randall Nickerson explained that witnesses should have a chance to speak up instead of having their testimonies dismissed.
Nickerson stated: “We need to be honest about the experience with everyone and accept it, even if we don't understand what's happening. What's essential is that at this current time, we have advanced technology and will see more. Therefore, we need to talk, explore - and Ariel is a part of that.”
According to the accounts of students at Ariel School, the incident occurred during their morning break. The teachers had a meeting in the staff room at 10 am and were not present to witness the event. Former students mentioned that the object's descent took about 15 minutes, falling from high above to the field behind the school.

Immediately, some students ran away. Others claimed to have seen humanoid extraterrestrial beings leaving the flying object, shaped almost like a silver disc.
Subsequently, news of the incident spread, and war correspondent Tim Leach reported it. The children, aged 6 to 12, recounted the event. Dr. John Mack, a Harvard University psychologist, heard about the event and conducted direct interviews with the witnesses. After meeting the children, John Mack concluded that the information they shared was highly credible.
As for the students, they sketched the UFO and the appearance of the extraterrestrial beings they witnessed. However, specific details and the contemporary attitudes towards this astonishing incident are not fully documented and may be unveiled in the documentary film Ariel Phenomenon through firsthand accounts.
