
After much anticipation, Apple finally unveiled a range of new products at the fall 2021 event named 'California Streaming' on September 14th. In this article, I'll summarize all the products introduced by Apple at the event for your easy reference.

1. iPhone 13 series
Just as rumored, Apple has unveiled the iPhone 13 series with 4 variants including iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and the highest-end iPhone 13 Pro Max.

In terms of design, the iPhone 13 series sees minimal changes except for a 20% smaller notch compared to its predecessor, and the rear camera cluster of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini is also arranged in a new diagonal pattern.
Additionally, the iPhone 13 series is equipped with the A15 Bionic chip manufactured on a new 5nm process along with a screen brightness of 1,000 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate, as predicted, on the Pro and Pro Max variants.

These premium variants also feature upgrades in the camera department with a new telephoto lens, equivalent to a 3X focal length increase. Apple is also confident that this time around, their product is a professional-grade filmmaking and editing device with new Cinematic mode and ProRes support.
Furthermore, the iPhone 13 series will also see improvements in battery life, offering longer usage time compared to its predecessor iPhone 12 series, ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

- iPhone 13 starting from $799 (approximately 18.2 million VND).
- iPhone 13 mini starting from $699 (approximately 15.9 million VND).
- iPhone 13 Pro starting from $999 (approximately 22.7 million VND).

2. iPad 9
The 9th generation iPad maintains the same design as previous years, with Apple focusing primarily on internal upgrades. The device retains thick bezels, a 10.2-inch display accompanied by a physical Home button with integrated Touch ID.

In terms of performance, Apple equips the iPad 9 with the A13 Bionic chip, delivering a 20% increase in CPU, GPU, and Neural Engine performance. Apple claims the new iPad is three times faster than the best-selling Chromebook and six times faster than the Android tablets currently on the market.

The 9th generation iPad is equipped with a new USB-C charging port, and Apple also includes a 20W charger for users to experience faster charging. The selling price of the iPad 9 remains the same as the 8th generation, with the 64GB version starting at $329 (approximately 7.5 million VND).
3. Apple Watch series 7

The new generation of Apple smartwatches attracts attention with its larger display and numerous standout features. The device's screen has been enlarged to display more content and features unique curved edges.
The new display also supports a full keyboard for text input, and brightness is increased when used indoors.

Watch Series 7 features the best-in-class scratch-resistant glass with IP6X certification. The charging feature has been improved with a 33% faster speed, able to charge for 8 minutes and use for 8 hours, taking 45 minutes to increase from 0 to 80%. This new charging method will use USB-C and the current magnetic charging puck.

Additionally, the device will support watchOS 8 with fall detection feature while cycling, along with optimized workouts to track electric bike training progress.
The device will be available for sale by the end of autumn, possibly by the end of October, starting from $399 (approximately 9 million VND).
4. iPad mini 6
Apple has completely redesigned the iPad mini 6 with flat-edged corners, slimmer bezels, while removing the Home button and replacing it with the new USB Type C fast charging port.

The front of the iPad mini 6 features a 12 MP ultra-wide camera with Center Stage support, while the back also features a 12 MP camera and TrueTone flash, providing better Smart HDR thanks to the new ISP. Particularly, the tablet can record videos in 4K mode.

In terms of specifications, the iPad mini 6 runs on the A15 Bionic chip, boosting performance by 40% and graphics performance by 80%. The tablet boasts an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display, integrating True Tone feature and providing a maximum brightness of 500 nits.

Additionally, the device supports 5G, reaching speeds of up to 3.5 Gbps under ideal conditions.
The iPad mini 6 will be priced from $499 (approximately 11.3 million VND) for the Wi-Fi-only version, and from $649 (approximately 14.7 million VND) for the Wi-Fi and cellular version.
