Unveiling design, camera, and battery details of OPPO A79 5G

The reason is that this device has recently obtained certifications such as NBTC, TUV Rheinland, IMDA, and FCC. The device has also made an appearance on the FV5 website, revealing a wealth of information about its configuration.

According to the NBTC certification, the OPPO smartphone with model number CPH2557 will be introduced as OPPO A79 5G. Similar certifications from IMDA and TUV Rheinland disclose a 5,000mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging. The 3C certification reveals the device's dimensions at 165.61 x 76.02 x 7.99mm and a weight of approximately 193 grams.

OPPO A79 5G is revealed to run on the Android 13 operating system with the ColorOS 13.1 user interface. The phone will support 5G (n5/n7/n38/n41/n66), FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, SBAS, FM Radio, and NFC. Reviewing the technical specifications disclosed by Camera FV5, A79 5G is expected to feature a 50MP camera, capturing photos with a 12.5MP pixel resolution. The main camera will have an f/1.8 aperture.

On the front, OPPO's upcoming mid-range mobile will have an 8MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture for users to capture selfies and make video calls. Currently, the remaining technical specifications of OPPO A79 5G have not been disclosed.
