Caulifla, Kale, and Cabba effortlessly achieve the Super Saiyan transformation at will, demonstrating their ability to sustain this form even in adverse battles. The Power Tournament serves as an opportunity for Saiyans across universes to showcase their prowess. While Saiyans in Universe 7 are notable, those in Universe 6 defy logic with their strength.
Saiyans in Universe 6 are oblivious to the concept of 'power levels.' Goku has to surpass Super Saiyan God to combat Caulifla and Kale, who are only at Super Saiyan 2. When they fuse into Kefla, Goku in Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken is easily overwhelmed. Kefla maintains Super Saiyan 2, indicating that in Dragon Ball's logic, the absence of Super Saiyan 2 allows for a prolonged enhancement of this form, unlike the time needed to defeat Super Saiyan Blue. However, this no longer seems applicable to Universe 6 Saiyans.
Super Saiyans in Universe 6 have disrupted norms since their introduction. While Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Future Trunks required desperation and anger to transform into Super Saiyans for the first time, Caulifla and Kale achieved it by simply focusing on creating an itching sensation on their backs. However, there is still no clear explanation for why Saiyans in Universe 6 can transform so effortlessly.
Saiyans in Universe 6 are not only younger but also less experienced than Goku and Vegeta, intensifying the destructive nature of their power. They not only attain the strength that took Goku and Vegeta many years, even blood and sweat, but their power exists in similar forms yet entirely surpasses those of Saiyans in Universe 7. This inconsistency can only be explained by the fact that Saiyans in Universe 6 are stronger than those in Universe 7.
Goku and Vegeta don't always achieve new transformations in their battles. Each attains new power through training, but unlike Saiyans from Universe 6, they never desire immediate transformation upon discovering a new form. Universe 6 Saiyans can become Super Saiyan for the first time simply due to equality. Some theorists suggest that the reason Universe 6 Saiyans are stronger is because they are born without tails. Goku and Vegeta's power leaps also didn't occur until they lost their tails. Therefore, the tail may be a factor restraining the strength of Saiyans.
The idea that Universe 6 Saiyans have innate strength and greater developmental potential than Universe 7 is significant. Without age and experience, Goku and Vegeta might struggle to defeat counterparts in Universe 6. The Saiyans of Universe 7 are also eager to advise their younger counterparts. Many fans hope for a day when they guide the young Saiyans in using the power of Saiyan Gods. If so, Goku might indeed lose if pitted against Caulifla in Super Saiyan Blue form.
Saiyans in Universe 6 truly stood out in the Tournament of Power. Ultimately, Goku had to employ Ultra Instinct, the power of an Angel, to defeat Kefla, who was only a Super Saiyan. If Universe 6 Saiyans make a return, hopefully, they'll have a rematch, especially considering Goku has some unresolved issues with Caulifla and Kefla.
