Dropbox stands as the most user-friendly online data storage software in Vietnam today. Widely adopted by individuals and businesses, it offers a multitude of versatile and convenient features. Learn how to share your files or folders through Dropbox with the techniques presented by Mytour.

1. Log in to Dropbox
You can access your Dropbox mailbox in three ways:
- Explore the wonders of web browsing.
- Utilize the downloaded Dropbox software on your computer.
- Harness the power of Dropbox on your mobile device.
In this context, we'll focus on accessing Dropbox on your computer, skipping any discussion on alternative methods.
To access Dropbox on the website, navigate to the following address: https://www.dropbox.com/
Once on the Dropbox interface, click on Sign in to log into your account.

Registering a Dropbox account through Gmail is convenient, allowing you to easily create your own Dropbox account.
After entering the necessary information, including your Gmail address used for Dropbox registration and the Dropbox password, click on Sign in to complete the login process.

Another method to access your data in Dropbox is by opening the Dropbox software on your computer. If you haven't installed this software, you can access the download link here: DOWNLOAD DROPBOX
When you download this software, it will automatically appear like a special folder on your computer. Simply double-click on it to open the folder and you will see the data you have stored in it.

The Dropbox icon can be created as a Shortcut on your screen during software installation, providing a convenient way for you to use it.

2. How to Share Files and Folders in Dropbox
2.1. Sharing Files and Folders Using the Web Browser
To share a file or folder in Dropbox, open your file directory, and click on Files located in the left column beneath the Dropbox icon.

Once in Files, you can see your folders and documents stored here. The difference between a shared and unshared folder is indicated by the blue figures icon in the middle of the folder. A blue figure icon means it has been shared with others, while the absence of it indicates it hasn't been shared.

Currently, to share a folder with others, click on the three dots icon on the right side of each Folder row. A list will appear, and you select Share to initiate sharing.

Dropbox will prompt you to specify who you want to share the folder with. You need to enter the Gmail address of the person you want to share with in To. Note that this email address must be the same as the one registered with Dropbox.
Click on Share to share the file or folder.

If your folder is too large, the sharing process may take a few minutes to complete.

Similarly, you can use the Share function for each individual document.

2.2. Sharing Files and Folders by Installing Dropbox on Your Computer
When you install Dropbox on your computer, the folders and files you store in Dropbox will exist just like other folders and files on your computer.
To share a folder or file, right-click on the folder you want to share. You will see a list of options for that file or folder.
You need to select the Share option (with the green Dropbox icon next to it).

Then, a dialog box for sharing the Dropbox folder will appear. Click on Create link to generate a link for sharing the folder and file.

After the sharing link is created, your folder or file is set to open, and anyone with this link has the right to access and share that folder or file.
Click on Copy link to copy the link.

The link will be displayed for you to see.

Copy the link and send it to someone you want to share the folder or file with. When they click on the link, your folder or file will automatically be shared to their Dropbox.
