If the Ruler bar is concealed, follow the instructions below to bring it back into view.
Step 1: In the Excel interface, navigate to the View tab.
Step 2: Within the View window, select Page Layout.
If you wish to hide the Ruler bar in Excel, follow the same steps as outlined above and uncheck the Ruler box to succeed.
