Last October, Honor introduced the Play 40 Plus, and now, a year later, the company has launched its successor, the Honor Play 50 Plus.

The Honor phone flaunts a 6.8-inch LCD display with Full-HD+ resolution, a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, and a hole-punch design for the selfie camera.

Under the hood, the Honor Play 50 Plus packs a punch with the Dimensity 6020 chip, running on Android 13 with the user-friendly MagicOS 7.2 interface. It offers 256GB of storage with options for either 8GB or 12GB of RAM.

The Honor Play 50 Plus features a camera cluster design reminiscent of a leaf, akin to the Galaxy S22.

The rear design of the Honor Play 50 Plus evokes a sense of familiarity, with two large circular flashlights positioned to the left and a dual rear camera system, comprising a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth camera. Powering this smartphone is a 6,000mAh battery with 35W fast charging support.

Other standout features of the Honor Play 50 Plus include an integrated fingerprint scanner embedded into the side power button, dual speakers, and support for Hi-Res Audio (wired and wireless). The phone also features a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port, and 5G connectivity.

The Honor Play 50 Plus is priced at 1,399 Yuan (approximately 4.76 million VND) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM configuration. Honor has yet to disclose the selling price of the 8GB/256GB version.
