It's known that the OnePlus Pad Go will feature 8GB RAM, coupled with 256GB internal storage in the UFS 2.2 standard. Additionally, there will be an 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM variant. The device will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. This mid-range chip is built on a 6nm process, with two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, combined with the Mali-G57 MP2 GPU.

The product will have two variants with the designations OPD2305 (Wi-Fi) and OPD2304 (4G LTE+ WiFi). Featuring a sizable 8000mAh battery, the device will directly compete with Realme and other brands.
The OnePlus Pad Go will be equipped with both rear and front 8MP cameras, with the unique placement of the camera horizontally. The device includes a USB-C port with a 2.0 transfer speed. The OnePlus Pad Go is also rumored to be lighter than its predecessor, weighing only about 523 grams.
The recent confirmation from the Chinese manufacturer reveals that the OnePlus Pad Go will sport an 11.5-inch IPS LCD display, boasting a 2.4K resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio. The device will feature a dual-tone color design and is set to be updated to OxygenOS 14 in the near future.
