Ingredients for Steamed Crab Claws
– 500g large shrimp (opt for medium to large ones, firm and evenly sized)
– 50g lemongrass
– Horn chili

– 1 lime
– Seasonings: bouillon, salt, cooking oil, pepper, MSG.

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
– Shrimp: Opt for fresh, shell-on shrimp with firm meat. After purchase, rinse them with diluted saltwater, trim whiskers and legs. Then, marinate the shrimp with 1 teaspoon bouillon, ½ teaspoon MSG, ½ teaspoon pepper.
– Lemongrass: Clean, peel, slice moderately.
