What is the Exclusive Priority Service Program SkyPriority?
SkyPriority is the priority service program for premium customers (First Class, Business Class, and Elite Plus cardholders) of the SkyTeam alliance. The program includes priority services at airports such as expedited check-in, priority baggage handling, access to premium lounges, and more, aiming to provide the best experiences for passengers during their airport wait time.
The Exclusive Priority Services SkyPriority is applicable to all SkyTeam member airlines at airports operated by SkyTeam.
Priority Service Standards SkyPriority
- Passengers enjoying SkyTeam's SkyPriority service are entitled to use priority areas and pathways when checking in for their flights.
- Passengers can easily identify the priority area of SkyPriority service through the signage system at airports of SkyTeam member airlines.
- On the flight tickets of passengers entitled to SkyPriority service from SkyTeam member airlines, there will be a distinctive SKY PRIORITY indication.
Applicable Beneficiaries of Priority Service SkyPriority
- The SkyPriority priority service program applies to all passengers in First Class, Business Class, and Elite Plus cardholders of SkyTeam member airlines.
- At Vietnam Airlines, this program is applicable to Business Class passengers and Bạch Kim card members.
- Additionally, in cases where passengers in First Class or Business Class of an airline not belonging to SkyTeam or Bạch Kim card members of Vietnam Airlines fly on a flight operated by a SkyTeam member, the SkyPriority priority service program is also applicable to Elite Plus cardholders of SkyTeam.
Scope of application for SkyPriority priority service
SkyPriority priority service program by SkyTeam is applied in the following scopes:
- Applies to domestic and international flights operated by VNA or SkyTeam member airlines. Not applicable to passengers purchasing tickets from SkyTeam member airlines but not flying on flights operated by SkyTeam member airlines.
- Applies to connecting flights (both segments before and after) operated by SkyTeam member airlines, not applicable to round-trip itineraries. SkyPriority priority service is not applicable to passengers traveling together
