1. What is NETS FlashPay Card?
The NETS FlashPay Card functions similarly to Singapore's EZ Link card. This public transportation card is one of the most versatile stored-value cards both in the country and beyond public transportation.
You can skip the queues at train stations and save time by collecting the card in Vietnam. Exclusive from Mytour, it comes preloaded with two value options: 7SGD and 15SGD.

Your card balance will be recorded upon tax deduction at checkpoints, or you can check the balance at top-up machines. Note that remaining funds can be refunded at all TransitLink ticket offices in MRT stations or bus interchanges!
3. Card Validity Period:
When booked on Mytour, you can make an instant reservation and receive 'Immediate Confirmation'.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the selected date; and upon voucher redemption, the card is valid until the end of 2024 (for existing cards, updated until January 2019).
4. Card Delivery:
If you have chosen one of the self-collection packages, you will need to exchange the voucher for your physical card at the designated collection point as outlined in your chosen package, such as:
- Collection at Mytour office located in the CBD area (Central Business District)
- Collection at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
- Collect your card at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
If you have opted for any of the delivery packages, the physical card will be sent to your address before your departure to Singapore (guaranteed within 7 working days) and completely FREE!
