Updates on TFT 11.11 Patch Notes

1. TFT 11.11 Champion Roster

With this update, Champion power adjustments in TFT 11.11 have been made. Champions like Udyr and LeBlanc have seen significant reductions in power this season. While Trundle's magic power ratio has also been notably reduced, his steal time has increased by 2 seconds.

Pantheon emerges as one of the most resilient Tank champions thanks to substantial damage reduction from Aegis Assault. Additionally, Darius has been buffed across multiple skills, while Garen will see changes in strength.

Tier 1 Champions
- Udyr: Physical damage reduction percentage decreased from 130/140/200% to 120/130/180%.
- Vladimir: Skill damage increased from 250/350/450 to 300/420/540

Tier 2 Champions
- LeBlanc: Stun duration increased from 1.5/2/2.5 to 2 seconds. Skill damage reduced from 200/300/600 to 200/250/500
- Sejuani: Armor and magic resist increased from 60/120/300 to 100/150/300.
- Soraka: Maximum mana 30/80 ⇒ 30/70.
- Trundle: Magic power ratio reduced from 100% to 50%. Steal time increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
- Varus: Spell damage from skill reduced from 40/60/100 to 40/60/90.

Tier 3 Champions
- Lulu: Attack speed increased from 70/80/100% to 70/80/120%.
- Morgana: Health increased from 800 to 850. Mana increased from 60/120 to 80/120.
- Pantheon: Damage reduction from 75/80/90% to 65%.
- Nidalee: Additional damage on next hit after dodge increased from 100/150/375 to 120/180/450.
- Riven: Additional physical damage increased from 90/100/130% to 90/100/150%

Tier 4 Champions
- Aphelios: Physical damage increased from 70 to 75.
- Draven: Total attack damage coefficient increased from 180/200/260% to 170/180/340%. Additional damage increased from 150/200/500 to 150/200/800
- Karma: Skill damage increased from 180/240/700 to 200/250/600.
- Jax: Attack speed reduction decreased from 30/35/50% to 20/25/60%.
- Mordekaiser: Maximum mana increased from 0/70 to 0/80.

Tier 5 Champions
- Darius: Mana increased from 30/100 to 40/100. Magic resist reduction time reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds.
- Garen: Mana increased from 30/100 to 40/100. Magic resist reduction time reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds.
- Heimerdinger: Skill damage increased from 400/600/7777 to 500/650/7777.
- Kayle: Health regeneration reduced from 700 to 500.
- Volibear: Mana increased from 80/200 to 100/200.

2. TFT 11.11 Item List

- Archangel's mana ratio increased from 35% to 40%.
- Archdemon's mana ratio increased from 300% to 350%.
- Riskthirster's bonus attack speed duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
- Basic stacking time of Deathblade & Caustic Deathblade increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
- Hextech Gunblade: Nearest ally loses health ⇒ Ally with lowest health percentage.
- Magic resist reduction of Statikk Shiv and Statikk Stiletto decreased from 70% to 50%
