Below are the main contents of the 2017 Sakura and Apricot Blossom Festival for your reference if you visit Da Lat during the festival. There will be 7 main programs and various accompanying events.
1. Opening Ceremony
Time: Expected to start from 08:30 to 10:00, on February 11th, 2017 at the Stage of the Sakura Blossom Festival Center - Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area.
2. Closing Ceremony
Time: Expected to start from 18:30 to 22:00, on February 13th, 2017 at the Mud Tunnel Stage.
3. Cherry Blossom Sightseeing Program
Time: Taking place from February 11th to February 13th, 2017 at Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area and some locations, roads with cherry blossoms in Da Lat city for tourists to visit and admire the flowers.
4. Tuyen Lam Lake Exploration Program
Time: Happening from February 11th to February 13th, 2017 at tourist areas, hotels, resorts… in Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area. Here, there will be many outstanding activities such as: sightseeing, exploring and participating in fun activities, entertainment at points in Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area; visiting and shopping for local specialties, souvenirs at the exhibition area and introduction of local products; watching music performances, cultural gong performances, water music…
5. Cherry Blossom Golf Tournament
Time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on February 12th, 2017 at Sacom Tuyen Lam Golf Course – Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area.
6. Costume Carnival Program
Time: Scheduled to take place from February 11th to February 13th, 2017 at the mud tunnel with 3 main contents: street music performances, costume carnivals, and street magic.
7. Cherry Blossom Photo Exhibition Program
Time: Scheduled to take place from February 11th to February 13th, 2017 at the Stage of the Sakura Blossom Festival Center - Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area. Participating in this program, you will admire over 100 photos with the theme of Da Lat cherry blossoms.
Experience the vibrant atmosphere of Da Lat during festivals with exciting events such as camping and exploring Tuyen Lam Lake by canoe.
Join us for camping and canoeing at Tuyen Lam Lake from February 11th to February 13th at the Cherry Blossom Festival area. Activities include camping, guided tours, and canoeing from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily, as well as tree planting and eco-friendly waste disposal.
Marvel at vintage cars and photographs by renowned photographer MPK at the Antique Car Exhibition and MPK Photography Exhibition from February 11th to February 13th at Pini Coffee House - Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area. Enjoy coffee while admiring classic cars and exquisite photographs.
Get your groove on with Zumba! Starting at 10:30 AM on February 11th, and from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM on February 11th and 12th at the festival stage in the Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area.
Visit the Painting and Art Installation Exhibition themed 'Beauty and Flowers' from February 11th to February 13th, extending through Lunar New Year at Dao Nguyen Art Village - Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area.
Enjoy a mesmerizing water music performance at the water music stage at Lan Anh Tourist Area - Tuyen Lam Lake with three main time slots:
