1. Connecting a Laptop to an External Monitor on Windows 11
Step 1: Identify the input port on your monitor and prepare the appropriate connecting cable.
- The HDMI port: This port features 6 sides, with the longest side at the top. Next to the port is the label HDMI.
Step 2: Access Settings. Navigate to Display > System. Then choose Display to reveal options on the right side.
Step 3: Select Display to reveal options on the right side. Adjust screen settings. On the right interface, scroll down to find Multiple displays.
