The digital newspaper Huffington Post (USA) has just released an article introducing 5 famous and beautiful destinations in Vietnam that are adored by many travelers. These include the terraced fields of Sa Pa (Lao Cai province), the mountainous forests of Ha Giang, Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh province), Nha Trang beach (Khanh Hoa province), and the sand dunes of Mui Ne (Binh Thuan province).

The terraced fields in Sa Pa are artistic masterpieces created and arranged by human hands hundreds of years ago. It is a place that produces the livelihood of ethnic groups such as H'Mong, Dao, and Ha Nhi, living around the steep slopes amidst the high sky. Sa Pa's terraced fields are also a unique tourism product of Vietnam.
The Travel and Leisure magazine (USA) once praised Sa Pa's terraced fields as one of the 7 most magnificent terraced fields in Asia and the world. This place features a unique form of traditional agriculture, created and developed by the hands and minds of highland farmers, at an altitude of 700-1,500 meters above sea level.

Ha Giang's Mountainous Forests
Ha Giang is a mountainous province in the extreme North of Vietnam, bordered to the east by Cao Bang province, to the west by Yen Bai province and Lao Cai province; to the north, it borders the autonomous regions of Choang, Mieu Van Son in Yunnan province, and the municipal district of Bach Sac in Guangxi province (China).

High, rugged mountain ranges intertwined with rivers and streams, creating countless valleys before the 'Gate of the Sky' in Ha Giang. The terrain is rugged, intricate, and the year-round climate carries a temperate charm.
Visiting Ha Giang, everyone is mesmerized by the majestic and poetic natural landscapes. It's always surprising and fascinating to chance upon H'Mong girls shedding their traditional attire to bathe in the streams or to observe innocent girls scattering mustard flower petals into the sky. The journey from Dong Van to Lung Cu, though challenging and arduous, often appears in literature, music, and art.

For travelers who enjoy exploration and adventure, Ha Giang's mountainous forests are an extremely attractive destination in their cross-Vietnam journey.
Ha Long Bay
As one of the 7 new natural wonders of the world, Ha Long Bay is undisputedly praised by the press as the most beautiful and famous destination along the Vietnamese coast.

The process of erosion and weathering has almost entirely created a unique Ha Long Bay, with thousands of limestone islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the sea surface in a relatively small area of the Gulf. The islands in Ha Long Bay come in two forms: limestone islands and schist islands, concentrated in two main areas: the southeast of Bai Tu Long Bay and the southwest of Ha Long Bay.
This is the oldest image of a landscape with a geological history dating back 250-280 million years, the result of multiple uplifting and subsiding movements from continental to sea basin.

According to the statistics from the Management Board of Ha Long Bay, out of the total 1,969 islands in Ha Long Bay, 1,921 are limestone islands with many reaching heights of about 200 meters.
Traveling around the bay and closely observing the limestone mountains, sometimes you might feel like standing in front of dragons emerging from the sea floor. That's one of the reasons why this place is named Ha Long (Descending Dragon).
Nha Trang Beach
'Blue sea, white sand, golden sunshine...' is the phrase that introduces the place and describes the distinctive beauty of Nha Trang.

Boasting a coastline of nearly 40 kilometers and over 200 islands that appear like a wind-blocking screen, Nha Trang Bay has been likened by foreign media to the 'Miami of Southeast Asia' with outstanding qualities: lush green nature, year-round warm and dry climate, and friendly, open-minded locals.

Nha Trang is a member of the Club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World and is a tourist city that has been attracting an increasingly large number of international tourists. Foreign media has also voted Nha Trang as a peaceful destination with the highest friendliness index in Vietnam.
Mui Ne Sand Dunes
Mui Ne Sand Dunes, also known as Cat Bay Sand Dunes, are described as one of the vast stretches of mobile sand extending over many kilometers in an undefined area with a very large overall view. The most beautiful viewing point is located along the road from Phan Thiet to Mui Ne, opposite Suoi Tien and the Huong Tra restaurant.

A day here, and you will feel nothing but the wind... the wind that has the power to create hills piled on top of each other, rugged and flying as the name suggests. The miraculous thing is that from sunrise to sunset, the colors of the sand dunes constantly change, giving the sensation of playing amidst the cosmic rotation.

Whether adults or children, everyone competes to climb the high hills here, eager to call the wind and indulge in playing sand sliding games.
