After installing the FPT network, the technical team will provide you with an account containing Username (User) and Password (Pass) to access the FPT modem. Using them, you can customize the modem or change the FPT Wifi password as you wish.

Username and Password
1. What are FPT User and Pass?
- Username (User): Account name that allows you to log in to your FPT modem device through the IP address 192.168.1.1 on a computer or phone web browser.
- Password (Pass): The protective password for the login account to the FPT modem device at the IP address (URL) 192.168.1.1 on a computer or phone web browser.
2. Where to Get User and Pass for FPT Modem Access?
Usually, each FPT modem device has a label with clear information about the device, model number, manufacturing year, etc. along with User and Pass for FPT modem access. However, User and Pass are not always the same and come in 2 types.
- For example, in the illustration below, the User is admin and Pass is H331715 (HD number).
- However, in the next image, the User and Pass are recorded on the back of the modem device.
3. How to Use User and Pass for FPT Modem Access
- Step 1: First, connect the FPT modem to the computer via a network cable.
- Step 2: Open the web browser and enter the URL 192.168.1.1
- Step 3: Enter the User and Pass for FPT modem access.
- Step 4: If changing the Wifi password, go to Wireless Setup => Wireless Security.
- Step 5: Enter the new password in Security passphrase => Apply.
