Mocha, developed by Viettel exclusively for mobile platforms, cannot be directly used on computers. To utilize Mocha on your computer, you'll need to run it through an emulator. This article will guide you on how to use Mocha on your computer using the BlueStack emulator. Besides BlueStack, you can also explore other emulators with similar functionality.

Step 1: Access the BlueStack homepage to download and install the software, similar to installing other software on your computer.
Step 2: On the main interface of BlueStacks after installation, select the Google Play Store option to open the store.
Step 3: Enter 'Mocha' into the search bar and find the app by Viettel. Then, select Install to proceed with the installation.
Step 4: After the app is downloaded and installed, click Open to launch it.
Step 5: The Mocha app will open. Press Got It to continue with the login process.
Step 6: When using Mocha on BlueStacks for the first time, you'll need to grant permissions to the app. Select Allow to confirm all permissions.
Step 7: Next, you need to enter your phone number to register/login and use the Mocha app on your computer.
Note: You must use a real phone number because the system will send a confirmation Code, without which you won't be able to use Mocha.
Step 8: After entering the confirmation Code, declare your gender and date of birth to receive appropriate content recommendations.
Step 9: Congratulations! You've successfully logged into Mocha, and now you can fully utilize all the services of the product, including calling, texting, watching movies, entertainment, and more.
Step 10: The Mocha app is designed for mobile platforms, so it follows a vertical interface. This poses a major inconvenience on computers, as most computers display in a horizontal orientation and cannot rotate the screen.
To solve this issue, you need to use the rotate feature in BlueStacks. Select the Three dots and choose Rotate (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + 4).
