Guide to install Photoinstrument

Step 4: Click Next after agreeing to the installation folder, select Create a desktop icon in the next dialog if you want to create an icon for the utility on the Desktop screen.

Step 5: A dialog box appears for you to review the settings you just configured. Click Install to start the Photoinstrument installation process.
Step 6: It takes a certain amount of time for the Photoinstrument installation process to complete. Click Launch Photoinstrument if you want to start the program immediately after closing this dialog.
Click Finish to conclude the installation process.

Guide to using Photoinstrument for photo editing
Step 1: Open the image you want to edit by clicking File --> Open, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + O

Hold down the mouse and move it over the entire area of the skin that needs smoothing.
